Great product and great selection online. My order took just over two weeks to arrive. I received very little communication and the order on my account said nothing all. Wasn’t possible to follow the progress of the order. I sent two emails asking for an update and didn’t receive any reply. I was only sent one update on my order which stated a date. I didn’t receive my order until 4 days after this date. Luckily the product was in full working order as the box was fairly badly torn.

Very good products but £3.95 postage too much for a five day delivery time.

You can rely on high quality products, reasonably priced. Quick, efficient delivery in eco-friendly packaging. I love their Woodland Trust range and the ethos behind it. On the one occasion over the past few years I had a problem with something I bought the Customer Service was excellent. I have no hesitation in awarding Lakeland with 5 stars.

The wrapmaster cling film dispenser dispenser is one of the best things in the kitchen. It works every time and saves waste.Ordering more cling wrap online was easy and the delivery was quick.

Wide range of quality products on line and in their physical shops. Easy to navigate website. Excellent order and delivery systems.

Lakeland products are always of excellent quality and good value for money. The website is easy to use and the delivery quick and simple.


Excellent products and service , sometimes find some items a bit expensive...

Order dryer bundle. The bundle part came first no problems. But receiving the actual dryer was a nightmare.First delivery failed. Second delivery given under 20mins notice before having a 'missed delivery. Arrived 3rd attempt but outer black plastic was covered in dust/dirt with holes on item box. Upon opening part the box of the dryer had 2 large holes in some smaller ones and at one end was completely battered.Contacted Lakeland phone was put down twice. On third occasion i explained above and said I wanted a replacement/exchange. Was told 'no' can only have a refund as I have not opened it fully. Explained that no-one would purchase an item with the box in this condition and that it is a carry/keep box. No sympathy just kept putting me on hold. Was told not allowed an exchange only a refund. I cannot stay in allday awaiting, probably same scruffy courier to collect, so I now have to wait for shops to reopen for a refund.After this bad service it has completely put me off Lakeland.After my review you can see Lakeland sent me an email, to which I replied attaching photos. It has now been a week and no response whatsoever. Sent another email 10 days later for which I received an apology and a reply for not getting back to me. Lady said she would discount me for the item as saves taking back.It is a good heater and Im sure this is a one-off and at least Lakeland rectified situation and apologized so upt the starsThanks

A good service. Everything went smoothly, despite lockdown. I do recommend. You can buy things here, not available elsewhere. Always "on trend".

Overall great place to order excellent standard products, wish they did a price match, as sometimes they can be 15% more expensive, this with a large minimum cost to achieve free postage sometimes means I seek out a most cost effective means.I think with the last 15 months cost will be a factor Usually use Lakeland around 3 times a year.

Very efficient, and most things I ordered were what I expected but the simnel cake is very expensive for its size.

So disappointed. I've shopped at Lakeland for around 35 years and have always very satisfied..until now. Having purchased a Dry:Soon drying pod in early November as a Christmas gift for my son, I ordered another for my daughter on 26th November. It didn't arrive in time for Christmas but I could see from the website that stock was due late December, then that changed to 8th January, so I expected a delivery and told my daughter that. However, my order has not been processed. Having contacted customer services I'm told that further stock is not due until 20th January. Online it appears that this item is available but apparently this is to allow customers to reserve one! At no stage was I informed that availability was a problem. This is the key issue here, allowing customers to believe their order will arrive when, in fact the item is not available. I feel that I've been let down, especially as this was a Christmas gift which hasn't materialised yet and will not arrive until at least 8 weeks after ordering.
